“I am a blessed mom of a 23-year-old son with disabilities.

I was one of the fortunate parents back in the late 90’s who received almost all of the services Arizona had the offer. Out of all of these services finding good nursing was a difficult one.

Of course nobody is going to do things like the mom does it, but when you find a good nurse… it is a blessing.

About 10 years ago I met Blaze through an agency who came to work with my son as his nurse for about four years. Within the 23 years of having my son, I can vouch for approximately a handful of nurses whom are dedicated, patient, loving, caring and amazingly understanding, who love their job and love doing what they do for disabled children.

Blaze is on the top of my list.

If I could describe his nursing skills and care for my son it would take a lifetime, so I will sum it up in one word and that’s being truly blessed.

Blaze had left our house to go pursue his passion, which was starting his own home healthcare agency, and indeed he did. It was a sad time for us but we were so happy for him.

He opened Choice Home Healthcare Agency and reached out to me shortly thereafter, telling me what he had accomplished and if I would like to come work for him.

Of course there were no questions asked, I was thrilled and so happy because having him back in my son’s life was terrific.
It was like no time had passed and he had never left. When he came over and we initiated services he went in to see my son, and instantly my son knew exactly who he was through his smile and by recognizing his voice.

Indeed a very touching moment.

I have now been working for Choice Home Healthcare for over a year. If all of the healthcare agencies could work as this one does, families like myself would be in heaven.
