At Choice Home Health Agency our mission is to enrich lives by delivering compassionate, quality, and positive support to individuals with developmental disabilities and their families. Choice Home Health Agency, LLC, a qualified service provider through DDD/DES, promotes a culture of respect and dignity for all those who have developmental disabilities, and values competent, diverse ways capable of effectively addressing the needs and preferences of its culturally and linguistically diverse members. Choice Home Health Agency, before placing a newly hired provider with a potential member, ensures they acknowledge and understand the influence cultural history, life experiences, language differences, values and disability have on members and families. Knowledge and use of “disability etiquette” are critical when establishing rapport and working with members with developmental disabilities.
